Not only does she understand the market and how to ensure you get what you want, but she also understands the community and the people that make up that community.   Julie Ray made the entire experience of buying and selling very easy by taking the stress out of it.  She knows the Denver Metro and mountain markets extremely well. When searching for my current home the Denver Metro market was overheated and houses were being snapped up as soon as they hit the market. Julie must have shown me 20 homes over a period of five weeks before I found the right home at the right price. The seller was difficult, demanding changes to the contract after agreeing to terms, but Julie took it in stride and seamlessly negotiated everything. She also guided me through the sale of my old home, advising on which items needed to be updated for a better showing.  She's endlessly upbeat and always available for questions.   I have over 10 home purchases in the past 20 years and Julie Ray is by far the most efficient, experienced Realtor I have used.  One of the things that I love about Julie is she is always positive and always in a pleasant mood in person and on the phone.  I met Julie while purchasing a studio at the Winter Park resort.   Fast forward 5 months later and needed to sell my home in Denver, it was a no-brainer to use Julie again for the sell and purchase of my new Denver homes.  Julie's has many strengths, solid experience, pleasant, great negotiator, knowledgeable and most importantly she truly seems to be in the purchase with you as she cares and maximizes her efforts for the sale or purchase.

The quality of the pictures and video posted for the listing made the selling experience unique as most listings I saw when searching for my new home used either poor quality or deceiving pictures. What really impressed me was the time and dedication she provided in helping me find a home. She is also extremely knowledgeable of the different neighborhoods in the Denver area many of which I wouldn't have known about or been interested in looking at.
